I have been notified by PWGA that they will be conducting a Beginning Course Rating Seminar next January 21 at Woodcreek Golf Course in Roseville ( I believe that's near Sacramento). More details will follow, but if you are interested, please mark that date on your calendar.
For now, I'm planning on going.
