I just got this in the mail from Pacific Women's Golf Association. This rules seminar is put on by WGANC which is a separate women's golf association: Womens Golf Association of Northern California. The rules seminar is open to all golfers regardless of affiliation. I want to go and would love it if other went too. Please pass it around to your gals (note to Maureen: I'll post at Paso and will have DAnna post on our blog.
