A Note from Maureen

March ushers in all kinds of excitement for our club starting with our Club Championship -- first round on March 10th and last round and Awards luncheon March 17th when we will be congratulating our 2009 Champion. Don't forget to wear green for good luck that day and, as Jayne Donkin loves to say, "Watch out for the little people!" Do you think she means the green meanies hiding out around the 5th hole? March also ushers in the first day of Spring on the 20th. It's a beautiful time in Paso Robles with all the blooming trees around. Don't forget to get your partners for the DDM, April 2nd and 3rd.

Sign Up for the DDM

Sue Lin Bracken wants to remind everyone to begin signing up for the DDM tournament to be held on April 2 & 3rd. The signup sheet is now on the bulletin board in the clubhouse. The format is eclectic and your March handicap will be used. So.....grab your partner and sign up!

Hearts on Fire Tournament

Ten players from the PRWGA made the trek down the hill today to play in the "Hearts on Fire" Tournament at the San Luis Obispo Country Club. It was a nice outing, with beautiful weather for the most part. And Maureen Allen and Donna Ferguson came away with 3rd Place Gross in their flight! Other players were: Sue An and Kimberly Dolata, Pam Finley and Gennie Roeder, Rhonda Galyardt and Denise Kudla, and Sally Davis and DAnna Lawson.
